Color of the Year

I am sure you have heard that Pantone announced 19-4052 Classic Blue as the Color of the year. Over the past few years, shades of blue have been very popular accent colors when decorating a home. From the Delft Blue pottery to the coastal blue and beachy themed décor or sky blue paint on the ceiling of a southern porch; blues are everywhere.

Classic blue is unique, it's not quite navy nor royal but evokes similar feelings that all blue tones give- relaxing, calm and soothing. As a designer, I believe using Classic blue will add a bold intensity and confident feeling to any space. Just like how 2020 marks the beginning of a new decade, it is a fresh, new start for many, so start out bold with this timeless Classic Blue.
